2014: I have been plugging my soccer book, wherever and whenever, with excellent interviews with Bill Littlefield of WBUR's Only a Game, Tavis Smiley, Brian Lehrer, John Schaefer, Steve Kornacki and Alex Witt of MSNBC, MLS, AARP radio, NY Times video, Jared Max of WCBS radio, John Batchelor of WOR, Charlie Brennan of KMOX and Marty Moss-Coane of WHYY, and Budd Mishkin of NY1, among others. My thanks to dozens and dozens of sports radio people who came prepared to the interviews, who were enjoying the World Cup. It's a new age.
